If I were a naturally thin person, I would never exercise, ever. I'd be one of those people who look fine on the outside, while on the inside, my veins were entirely full of butter and French fries. Fortunately, this is not the case.

I do need to exercise, but I still find it hard to motivate. For example, if I worked out as many mornings as I'd planned on working out, I'd be able to do triathalons now.

My new system works pretty well: I annoy my husband by hitting snooze until he forcefully suggests that I get up and exercise. Or do anything, really, besides hit snooze.
